These terms explain the rules for using Gyuret Notes, including accounts, uploaded content, generated notes, plans, usage limits, payments and user responsibilities.
1. About Gyuret Notes
Gyuret Notes helps users turn audio, videos, recordings, meetings, links and spoken content into transcriptions, summaries, translations and notes.
2. User Accounts
Some features may require signing in with a Google account or another supported sign-in method. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that happens through your account.
3. Uploaded Content
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload, record, transcribe, summarize, translate or otherwise process any audio, video, link, text or other content used with Gyuret Notes.
You should not use Gyuret Notes to process content that violates laws, privacy rights, intellectual property rights or the rights of any third party.
4. Generated Content
Transcriptions, summaries, translations and notes generated by Gyuret Notes may contain mistakes, omissions or inaccurate wording. You should review important information before relying on it.
Gyuret Notes is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other expert advice.
5. Plans, Limits and Usage
Gyuret Notes may offer free and paid plans with usage limits, such as transcription minutes, file size limits, recording duration limits, history access, ads or other plan-based features.
Plan details, limits and available features may change over time and are shown inside the app or on official Gyuret Notes pages.
6. Payments, Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans, subscriptions, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled through the payment provider or app store used to complete the purchase, such as Google Play when required.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the provider or app store where the subscription was purchased.
7. Advertising
Gyuret Notes may show ads in some versions or plans of the app. Paid or Pro plans may remove ads when that feature is offered as part of the plan.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use Gyuret Notes to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with or damage the service, violate laws, infringe rights, bypass usage limits, access another user's account, or process content you are not allowed to use.
9. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Gyuret Notes account and associated account data through our Data deletion page.
Visit Data deletion or contact us at gyuret.notes@gmail.com. Some limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting or operational purposes.
10. Privacy
Your use of Gyuret Notes is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information, uploaded content, account data, ads and privacy requests.
11. Service Changes
We may update, change, suspend, limit or discontinue parts of Gyuret Notes over time. When possible, we will try to communicate important changes clearly.
12. No Guarantee
Gyuret Notes is provided on an “as available” basis. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every specific purpose.
