Gyuret Notes may collect information you provide directly when using the app, including audio files, video files, recordings, links, text, notes, generated transcriptions, summaries, translations and other content you choose to submit.

If you sign in with Google or another supported sign-in provider, we may receive basic account information such as your name, email address and profile image, depending on the permissions provided by that service.

We may also collect technical and usage information needed to operate and protect the service, such as quota usage, plan status, processing status, app logs, device information, browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from technical signals, error data, crash data and security-related information.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide transcription, summary and translation features.
• Process uploaded files, submitted links and recordings.
• Save, display and manage your notes, history and account data.
• Review account access, usage limits, quotas and plan features.
• Improve app reliability, performance, safety and security.

3. Audio, files, links and generated content

When you upload, record or submit content, that content may be sent to our servers or trusted processing providers so Gyuret Notes can generate transcriptions, summaries, translations or related outputs.

Generated content may be stored when needed to provide app features such as saved notes, history, account-based access, quota tracking or support. You should only upload, record or submit content that you have the right or permission to process.

4. Third-party services

Gyuret Notes may use third-party services to operate the app, including hosting, authentication, storage, transcription, translation, artificial intelligence processing, analytics, advertising, payment-related services and security tools.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their functionality, and their processing may also be governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Gyuret Notes and third-party services may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, pixels, web beacons, device identifiers, browser identifiers and similar technologies. Gyuret Notes may display ads in some versions or plans of the app, including through services such as Google AdMob or Google AdSense where applicable. Free access may include ads, while Pro access is designed to remove ads for that viewer.

Google and other advertising providers may use cookies, mobile ad identifiers, browser identifiers, web beacons, IP address, ad interaction data and usage information to show ads, measure ad performance, limit how often an ad is shown, detect fraud, improve ad delivery and support personalized or non-personalized advertising, depending on your region, device settings and consent choices.

Third-party advertising providers may place or read cookies and similar technologies in your browser or device when ads are shown. Ads may be based on your visits to Gyuret Notes, other websites or apps, general location, device information, content context or other signals allowed by your settings and applicable law.

You may choose not to sign in, not to upload content, not to submit links or not to use features that require processing your files, recordings or account information.

Where available, you may delete notes, clear history or manage account-related information through the app.

You may request deletion of your Gyuret Notes account and associated data by contacting us at gyuret.notes@gmail.com. Please contact us from, or include, the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request.

We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting or operational purposes.

12. Children

Gyuret Notes is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected information from a child in a way that requires parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.

13. International processing

Depending on where you use Gyuret Notes and where our service providers operate, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to handle information according to this Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means the updated policy applies.
