Security Policy
This page explains how Gyuret Notes approaches security, account access, uploaded files, payments and responsible reporting.
1. Data Protection
Gyuret Notes is designed to protect user content and account information using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
2. Account Access
When login is available, Gyuret Notes may use trusted authentication providers such as Google sign-in. We do not ask users to share their Google password with us.
3. Uploaded Files
Uploaded files may be temporarily processed to generate transcriptions, summaries, translations or notes. Access to user content is limited to what is necessary to operate the service.
4. Infrastructure
Gyuret Notes may use third-party infrastructure providers to host the app, backend services, databases and processing systems.
5. Payments
Payments and subscriptions, when available, are handled by external payment providers or app stores. Gyuret Notes does not store full payment card details directly.
6. Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us at gyuret.notes@gmail.com with details so we can investigate.
7. Security Limitations
While we take security seriously, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid uploading content they are not comfortable processing through an online service.
